We stand by the quality of every product we sell. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay.
That’s why we offer a 60‑Day Returns Policy.
60‑Day Returns
If you change your mind or decide a product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 60 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please email us at support@diysalon.com.au with your order number. We’ll send you clear, step‑by‑step instructions to make the process easy.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in like‑new condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your refund.
Please note:
Returned items must arrive back in like‑new condition to qualify for a refund.
“Like‑new” means there are no visible signs of use or wear.
If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, it cannot be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change‑of‑mind returns: return shipping is paid by the customer
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please note the damage when signing for delivery (if possible)
- Take photos of the damage on the day of delivery
- Email the photos to support@diysalon.com.au
Please keep all original packaging.
All damaged or faulty returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.
If an item becomes damaged after use, it is not refundable unless covered under warranty.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email.
- Orders cancelled before shipping: full refund
- Orders cancelled after shipping: treated as a return and subject to return shipping costs under our 60‑day policy
Important Notes
- Some products may have different return terms — this will be clearly stated on the product page
- Used or pre‑owned items are not eligible for return
- Products purchased for one‑time or temporary use cannot be returned
(e.g. events, demonstrations, trade shows, promotions)
